Process mining
HOW YOUR PROCESSES REALLY RUN
Procedures describe the ideal flow; event logs describe reality. We build your real process map from the data your systems produce, and show bottlenecks, deviations and automation opportunities with evidence.

What process mining is
DATA IS THE ONLY TRUE WITNESS TO A PROCESS
Process mining analyses the event logs produced by ERP, CRM or operational systems to reveal how a process actually runs, presented graphically.
Processes are usually managed in fragments across departments and on the basis of assumptions; process mining makes that complexity visible with hard data.

Benefits
VISIBILITY, COMPLIANCE AND DATA-DRIVEN AUTOMATION
END-TO-END VISIBILITY
See how the whole process really runs, using system data; decide on evidence rather than assumption.
DEVIATION AND BOTTLENECK DETECTION
Automatically detect non-standard flows, loops and waiting times to make process waste visible.
COMPLIANCE AND AUDIT
Continuously monitor how processes comply with regulation and internal policy; spot risks early.
AUTOMATION PRIORITISATION
Prioritise RPA and AI investments with real data; pick the processes that will deliver the most impact.
EVIDENCE-BASED ROI
Measure the effect of improvements; present a business case to executives with concrete data.
CONTINUOUS MONITORING

Our services
FROM DISCOVERY TO CONTINUOUS MONITORING
Four steps, from data preparation through to the dashboard; the output of each step feeds the next.
We extract event data from ERP, CRM and operational systems, clean it and structure it correctly for analysis.
We build process maps and heat maps, and interpret deviations, waiting times and loops together with you.
We identify the root causes of problems and rank improvement opportunities and automation potential by size of impact.
We design dashboards and management reports for continuous process monitoring, providing live process intelligence.
Integration with automation and AI
PROCESS MINING IS THE FOUNDATION OF TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMMES
Combined with RPA, AI and orchestration tools, process mining produces automation decisions grounded in data rather than assumption.
Process Mining + RPA
DATA-DRIVEN BOT DESIGN
Determine the most suitable automation scenarios by analysing the real process flow; base robot design on data rather than intuition.
Process Mining + AI
PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS
Manage processes proactively rather than reactively, with anomaly detection, delay prediction and improvement suggestions.
Process Mining + Maestro
REAL-TIME DATA FLOW
With Data Fabric and orchestration layers, live process data feeds automation decisions and the loop closes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Classic analysis documents a process as people describe it; process mining derives how the process actually runs from the event logs the systems produce. Procedures describe the ideal flow, event logs show reality. Loops, rework and waiting time that never surface in workshops only become visible through data.
Three fields are essentially enough: a case identifier, an activity name and a timestamp. That data is extracted from the transaction records of ERP, CRM or operational systems. Additional fields such as resource, department or amount enrich the analysis but are not required. Data quality is assessed before analysis begins, because incomplete or inconsistent records would distort the findings.
You can, but the prioritisation rests on assumption. Process mining shows with evidence which process is genuinely high-volume, repetitive and costly, which ties the automation investment to data. The two feed each other: mining finds the opportunity, automation realises it, and the new data coming back from production becomes the input for the next analysis.
We work with a team certified in industry-leading tools, including UiPath Process Mining. Tool selection follows from your data sources, the scope of the analysis and your existing licence structure; if a platform is already in place we start there. The platform decision comes after the scope is clear, not before the analysis.
It does not have to be. Instead of a single snapshot, continuous monitoring can be set up: compliance with regulation and internal policy is tracked and deviations become visible as they occur. Data from production reveals new bottlenecks and becomes the input for the next improvement round.
A real process map, a measured list of bottlenecks and deviations, compliance findings and a prioritised list of automation opportunities. The output is not a presentation but a basis for deciding which process is addressed, in what order, with which tool, and why.
